Cancellation and refunds
Cancel any time. No runaround.
Monthly plans
Solo, Agency and extra-business plans can be cancelled at any time, in a couple of taps:
- Go to your dashboard and choose Manage billing.
- Choose Cancel plan.
Your plan keeps working until the end of the month you've already paid for, and you won't be charged again. We don't give partial refunds for the rest of a month that's already started.
Lifetime (pay once) plans
You can ask for a refund within 7 days of buying a lifetime plan. We refund 70% of the price you paid; The Lazy Creator Company keeps 30% to cover payment fees and setup. After 7 days, lifetime plans can't be refunded.
Solo lifetime ($299 CAD): refund of $209.30 CAD
Agency lifetime ($999 CAD): refund of $699.30 CAD
To ask for a refund, email thelazycreatorco@gmail.com from your account's email address with "Refund request" in the subject. The refund goes back to the card you paid with (your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to show it), and the plan ends when it's refunded.
Website hosting (for websites we built)
Hosting and updates for a website built by The Lazy Creator Company is $25 CAD a month. To stop it:
- Email thelazycreatorco@gmail.com and say you'd like to end hosting.
- Hosting ends 30 days later. You get an email with the exact end date, and you aren't charged after it.
- Before it ends, you get a zip file of your website's files so you can host it anywhere. Your web address stays in your name.
A month that has already been charged isn't refunded. If a monthly payment is unpaid for 14 days, the site is paused until it's paid (see Terms, section 8).
New website deposits
Deposits and final payments for new websites follow your written quote. Questions about a payment? Email thelazycreatorco@gmail.com.
Deleting your account
Deleting your account from your dashboard cancels any monthly plan straight away and deletes your information. If you've bought a lifetime plan and want a refund, ask within the 7 days before you delete.
Emails and unsubscribing
HindSited never sends newsletters or marketing. It only emails you about your account (confirming your email, password resets, receipts and your plan) and the alerts you set up, like new quote requests or private feedback from your review page.
- To stop alerts for a review page or calculator, change or remove the notification email in that tool, or delete the tool.
- To stop everything, delete your account from your dashboard.
